Our cakes are baked fresh from scratch, using only the finest ingredients. We offer free open house cake tastings every other month to give you the opportunity to sample our flavors. Private cake tastings are available upon request. (fee charged)

Gourmet Flavors - $4.75 per serving
- Hummingbird - This gourmet cake has it all! Three layers of cake made with bananas, pineapple, and pecans. Filled with cream cheese.
- Cassata Torte - Four layers of moist yellow cake with thee layers of filling - bavarian creme, strawberry, and chocolate mousse.
- Bumblebee Torte - Four alternating layers of dark chocolate and orange cakes, filled with chocolate mousse and a 'sting' of raspberry!
- Carrot Cake - Chock full of carrots and walnuts. Filled with a traditional cream cheese.
- Almond Cake - A rich almond cake made from almond paste with a delicious raspberry filling.
- Banana Split Torte - Four layers of banana cake with three layers of filling - strawberry, chocolate, and pineapple!
- Coconut Pecan Cake - A light chiffon cake made with coconut and pecans. Tasty mandarin orange filling is just the right touch.
- Pumpkin Cream Cake - A favorite any time of the year. Three layers of pumpkin cake with cream cheese filling.
